Which massage therapy is best for me?
One of the first questions is what do you want to achieve? Perhaps stress relief & relaxation, rebalance & refocus or pain relief.
All our treatments are tailored to your needs on the day but in general Aromatherapy and Indian head massage are excellent as a stress relief treatment, while helping to rebalance and refocus (depending on the oils you choose). Swedish massage is slightly deeper and can help ease general muscle aches, Remedial massage is best for deeper / long standing problems. Please feel free to discuss with us your needs when booking.
SWEDISH MASSAGE THERAPY IN KENDAL

LAKE DISTRICT PREGNANCY MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage designed to help you to cope with the aches and pains of pregnancy. Can help ease backache, tired legs and water retention as it helps improve circulation. You do however need to be over the 1st tri-mester of pregnancy to enjoy any of our holistic treatments. We have a specific pregnancy couch available with bump hole and support to enable you to really relax and enjoy your massage to the full.
